The following one-on-one formats are available exclusively to long-term clients — those who have already been working within the project over time. Please note: I reserve the right to decline any of the listed formats if I feel the person is not currently ready for this type of work. These sessions require a certain level of inner stability, maturity, and integration, and I hold the responsibility to protect the integrity of the process — both for your sake and for the work itself.
MAC THEATRE
An integrative deep-processing method that combines metaphorical cards (MAC), symbolic constellations, and elements of psychodrama.
Using figures, objects, and a symbolic field, we stage inner stories as live theatrical scenes. The cards help reveal unconscious content, while the spatial setup allows you to externalize, see, and transform complex internal dynamics. It’s a powerful one-session format, capable of catalyzing profound inner shifts.
SADHU BOARD (STANDING ON NAILS)
Standing on nails is a practice that brings the body and mind into radical presence. It helps shift attention inward, ground the nervous system, and access a state of expanded awareness through the intensity of sensation. In this altered state, many people report spontaneous emotional releases, insights, or energetic realignments.
In the context of this project, nail board work is used as a ritual gateway — a structured, embodied entry into deeper contact with oneself. It is a conscious practice of self-observation, breath, and will, designed to activate your internal resources and support integration. Sessions are held in a safe and held space, accompanied by preparation and aftercare practices.
