Practicums are periods of sustained practical work within a single overarching direction previously studied in the workshops. They introduce no further theory, but organise systematic guided work with existing knowledge in order to translate cognitive understanding into lived capacity.

Practicums take place 3 times a year, each centred on a different theme. Completion of the 4 corresponding workshops is recommended, though not strictly required, as they provide the theoretical foundation for the practical work.

Throughout the Practicum, we meet online every Sunday for collective work: integration of the previous week, a live practice, and the development of an individual plan for the week ahead. From Sunday to Sunday, you work independently every day. Questions can be asked and support received in the shared chat at any time throughout the week.
